As of March 1st 2024, Cheddar Up's credit card processing fee (on all plans) will change from 3.59% + $0.59 to 3.95% + $0.95 per transaction
Homeowners' Initiation Dues
New homeowners pay an initiation fee of $3,000.
Homeowners' Association Dues
2025 annual dues are $750 if received by March 31st 2025.
Late fee of $25 and additional $10 per month thereafter if paid on April 1st or later
Grove Park Fiscal Year is January 1st - December 31st.
