Encompass Zoning Concerns - Hold The Line!

We are providing a quick update regarding the ongoing discussions with Encompass. The HOA and zoning committee are continuing to monitor the situation closely and remain in contact with county officials to ensure Grove Park’s concerns are addressed.

A meeting with the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2025, where zoning conditions related to the Encompass facility will be reviewed. While we don’t need action from the community just yet, we may need residents to show their support at the meeting if necessary.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and involvement as we work to protect the best interests of Grove Park. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the meeting date!
