Association Membership
You automatically become a member of the association when you purchase a home in Grove Park. With our new website platform, each homeowner will now have their own individual login instead of a shared password. If you haven’t done so already, please create your account and complete the New Homeowner Information Form.

Trash Pickup
Trash services are provided by Red Oak Sanitation and are included in your HOA dues. Additional services, such as bulk item pickup, can be arranged directly with Red Oak.

Trash day: Thursdays (includes recycling pickup)

Trash container guidelines: Bins can be placed curbside after 4 PM the preceding day and must be brought in as soon as possible after collection.

Living in Grove Park
Our community was built in three phases and is known for its beautiful aesthetics and well-maintained properties. By purchasing a home in Grove Park, you agree to abide by the community covenants, which help maintain property values and amenities.
A Few Important Rules to Remember:
✔ Architectural Changes Require Approval
Any new building addition, retaining wall, basketball hoop, swimming pool, deck modification, or other structural changes must be approved by the Architectural Committee. Forms and guidelines are available on the HOA website.
✔ Recreational Vehicle & Boat Storage Restrictions
No permanent outdoor storage of motor homes, trailers, recreational vehicles, or boats is allowed. Storage is defined as anything exceeding 48 hours within a one-week period.
We encourage all residents to get involved and participate in our events to build strong relationships and maintain the welcoming spirit of Grove Park!
