where is the polling place for our neighborhood?
Grove Park Residents cast their votes at Precinct 08 - LANIER UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 1979 BUFORD HWY, CUMMING, GA, 30041. There is a small parking lot in front of the church, and a slightly larger one located on the backside. FYI- Be show to go to the Georgia Elections Division. and make sure you are registered and confirm your polling place.
when is the neighborhood yard sale?
The annual neighborhood yard sale is held ever year but please go to Main-Calendar for the dates.

Do I need approval to build a patio, deck, or other structure on to my house or expand my current one?
The Covenants and Restrictions state that the all structures require approval from the HOA Architecture committee. This includes patios, decks, pergolas, etc. The purpose of this rule is not to prohibit homeowners from making improvements to their homes, but to ensure that the items added/expanded are permitted by the Covenants and Bylaws, are aesthetically pleasing and do not have a negative impact on the neighborhood. The request for approval should be submitted using our MRF - MODIFICATION REQUEST FORM.
can i put an inground pool on my property?
This type of change must be approved. The request for approval should be submitted using our MRF - MODIFICATION REQUEST FORM.
When are annual dues due?
Annual Dues are due are usually due the first week of April. Please visit Homeowner Dues for exact date and more information.
Are members of the Board policing the neighborhood?
Absolutely not. This is a self-policing neighborhood. If a resident sees something that needs to be addressed, they can Report a Violation or Contact Grove Park Board and steps will be taken to find a resolution. The Board members are not meant to make regular rounds through the neighborhood to ensure each person is following covenants and restrictions (grass height, street parking, etc.) Each resident has the right to address issues with their neighbors and take action if they think appropriate.
What is the duty/responsibility/mission statement/charter/goal/charge of the Board of Directors?
The duties of the Board of Directors are outlined in the bylaws. Generally, the Board is responsible for enforcing restrictions and covenants, for maintaining the common areas and pool area, and for collecting dues for such purposes.

Pool / Tennis / Pavilion FAQ:
I am a new homeowner who needs access to the pool area (Pass code, etc). What should i do?
Access to the pool is protect by a gate code. To get the code you will need to access the Grove Park Website and navigate to the Home Owners Page. You will be prompted for a password, which you should have receive from the Welcome Committee but you can also contact the Grove Park Board for the credentials.
How do i reserve the Tennis and pavilion areas?
